Born and raised in Cody, Wyoming, Shirley's love of art and fellow artists have always enriched her life. She started utilizing her talent over forty years ago. Shirley feels very blessed to be a member of the Buffalo Bill Art Show Committee. She has been President of the Cody Country Art League for eighteen years. Shirley continues to teach watercolors and free-handed florals, and frequently paints commissioned works.
