Born in Texas, Robin A Berry has always enjoyed the out of doors. Central Texas has beautiful streams, abundant wildlife and rocky crags that make for interesting drawing. She began drawing at an early age and progressed to pen and ink and then to pastels. Constantly trying new styles and techniques, she has recently branched into watercolor. Robin is comfortable in all mediums. Being mostly self-taught, Robin reads and visits art museums to study the great works. She has been to European, as well as American museums and enjoys the works of Thomas Moran, Albert Bierstadt, and Charles Russell. The opportunity to create became more abundant after moving to Wyoming . Robin and her husband Bob visit the wonders of Yellowstone National Park often. She enjoys recording the beauty of the Park. The beautiful vistas that surround the Wyoming and Montana areas truly inspire the heart. |
