Terms & Conditions For Class Registration
REFUND POLICY
There may be times when classes or workshops will have cancellations - be it due to unforeseen causes or due to low registration. In the event Cody Country Art League cancels a class a refund will be issued to those who have paid to participate.
For those who paid by credit card, in person or online, a refund, minus 5% processing fees, will be issued.
For those who paid by cash or check a refund will be issued in full.
If a student needs to cancel their own registration for a class, the same credit card processing fees will apply to refunds. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
A student may choose to rollover the cost of the class registration as a credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. Class credits must be used within one year of the cancellation.
